the real life, be independent

the real life, 2012

yeah , there were many changes on me during the challenging year

1) i move out from my state

i hv been staying at my state for 22 years, although i have my campus n hostel life, however the distance back to my home still less than 1 hour, and i just knew my state song

actually i did wish to move out and feel the real realistic and challenging world to make myself grow up for better me.

and therefore, for the last 3 months semester week, i've been switch to feel the city of kl, but my relatives take care of me alot

and this time, im gonna have my penang life myself!!

2) i step out to the real corporate world

yeah, i start my industrial trainee in one of the famous company . As known by everyone, its really gonna be a big challenge to work on there, with all the stress and business. At first, im afraid of the life over there, but thinking of this is a good opportunity to make me become stronger n polish myself up..And i 've been there for three months, with tears and laughter, i never regret for choosing it, although i might complain, but its really good path for freshgrads like me.

3) live my own way

i rent a house, cook ourselves clean the house, clothes, and everything by myself, without parents or relatives by myside anymore.

i drive car to work!!!haha..if u r my close frens, u'll knw how i used to travel last time, and finally , i drive myself

4) importance of saving money

yeah, with limited allowance, i nd to spend it for so much expenses, which included house rental, food , petrol and parking fees.

Nowaday, went to shopping mall also wont feel like shopping d, wont spend money on those clothes,..and the worst is, evn i hv limited shoes d, i still din get new one for standby, when c those price, just dont feel like spend money out

but i did spend alot of money on food recently, i needa control myself d

experience of hiking

! its my first attempt to hike up penang hill, and i make it!!

woohooooo~

went to hiking with my colleagues n their friends

we plan to meet at 2.30 pm, but bcuz of jam here n there, end up when we reach the ground of botanical garden , also 3.20pm

ok~ lets me say something abt this first amazing experience :

when i knew that i hv chance to go hiking, im so excited, but my excitement turned to worriness when i told my family and friend im going to hikin

g, and by their experience, they told me that this gonna be a challenging one!!!...and im started to worry about my stamina!!

but i need to believe in myself, just go for it~ ok, penang hill is 2723 ft above sea level, and also the highest hill for the state of penang, which have the dis

tance of 5.1 km if climb up from botanical garden

and at the 1st distant, its actually quite hard to go along the way until we reach the 1st rest stop..when walking on the slope of hill, only we will feel that how lucky we r to walk on flat road during our life. but luckily, after the warm up n mental challenge, believing on ourselves, at the end , we did reach the top finally!!

our way, and we always meet up with whole gang of monkeys, they are cute, and naughty! dont ever capture them, they hate paparazi~

its been a year since the night we been through together in DMS, time flies, but my memories never faded..

i've been busy for past weeks, where i hardly find time for my personal interest, or even rest..

but that's the process of learning, i m glad that im in this stage actually

n guess, this week im aint so busy , i hv time at night to read the books i bought,..even watched korea drama until midnight!! oh no~ i've not been drama race queen for such a long time d

n another happy thing is im able to online n read on blogs~

can feel how happy m i, just wanna say THANK YOU for these chances, i guess next week will be another fighting week, aza!!

first week of intern

yeah~ i love my new environment for doing my industrial training

start working 3 days d, so glad n feel gratitude with the opportunity

its a big firm and with tough test and interview to past through the selections, and finally i make it, and be part of the firm

and also glad to have 7 of us being together, kean,sze hsein, leechin, yei yong, noni and fatin

i think that the firm really great in matching us together, as we have the same personalities-)

wat we did:

-go in and find place to sit. like we work as there bfore d

-keep on talk talk talk, as if we should work in company that answering phone calls

-play bingo

-take turns story telling

-ghost stories

-explore here n there

-hi-tea

-explore new lappie

-keep on teasing each other

-culture exchange

but we going to be seperated d, hope that all of us shine to the bright, and keep on our endless topics

Summary of what i gained from uum

Yeah~ University is the level what most ppl wan to reach in the life.

I am lucky honestly to get into matriculation after spm, as we al know that matric is the best way to get into degree compare to stpm..as it is in sho

rter time n better chance to get what the course u want!!

my matriculation time is very precious as i changed my life, n get more to social life..i still remembered that all of us hate to leave our kmk life so much..

but the life keep on progress, we nd to go for new t

hings , den only we

can grow

so on UPU, at 1st selection, im so wanting to have my uni life at kl, but after the 2nd time of selection, i change my mind to uum, thinking of to save money, focus in study as there not so much temptations as the big cities, accounting in uum is

the best~so, i thick 1st choice : UUM

but after i click submit, i start to regret.................

until the day i knew i nd to go in uum for 4 years, i s

until i already start my first semester in uum, i still thinking the way to change to usm or um, but the probability to success is 0, i sad again

luckily after few months, i start to learn to appreciate my uni life, and accept everything

jz a blink of an eyes, 3.5 years past, n now, the conclusion is i love my undergraduate life sooooooooo much, gratitude for what i earned and learn

t throughout the moments

so here, sharing for what i gained from uum

1) Study smart but not hard

some of us have great spm, stpm or matric res

ults to get us into here, some are not, but its luck that bring us together into the same campus, so there arent any difference level between u and me, we are jz the same, to get our certificate of degree

yeah~ we need to get good CGPA but personally, i do

nt think that result means anything , the things that matter is u put effort to archieve what we aim, we deserve for what we commit

frankly i really hate ppl who refuse to go out social n enjoy free time while in campus, but rather stay inside the room n keep on study

not meaning that we dont nd study, but have a well planned timetable, allocate time for fun as well as for academics, balance it, and u will live the life u love, free from stress=)

so timetable , efforts ,disciplines r important if u want to do great in academics and social

in my uni life, the time im studying, i try to discipline myself, full attention on my notes, no fb allowed, but my discipline level not that strong, so

i

nd to away from my lappie , the best way is study in library of pkp..the place which can make me conc

entrate well, n i heart the environment over there, cooling and peaceful=)

2) Make friends, as many as possible

my friend around me keep on saying i hv much friends in my life, im kinda proud actually

but reveal something: i hv vy less friends in my previous life..like when cny, i hv no one to gathering in my hometown

so, i appreciate my uni chance, simply give those

strangers a smile, and make friends!!

i love all nice ppl, i learnt frm them and i grow!

friends and networkings are important for our life, no m

an is an island

and semester break is really interesting, when there are friends on every corners of Malaysia=p

3)Be a FOLLOWER, be a LEADER

i understand that softskills are vy important when we step out to the society later on, therefore, i try to find myself opportunities to get involved in some a

ctivities

at first, kinda disappointed when got rejected from interviews, but chances always there, depend on our effort to grab it, never give up

so i hv my 1st project, be a member for bureau of spec

ialised task for my hostel project

and after awhile , got the chance to join as facilitator for the new intake orientation, a wonderful challenge i would like to say

and the greatest part, chance to be a leader as the director for my hostel spring fest project

Uni is the best medium for us to explore n polis

h our leadership skills, so when there have chances, go ahea

d=) u will nvr regret although there is ups and downs

4) Mix with other races friends as well as international

friends

Human are friendly, so dont be shy, just say hello to them, and they will share with u many many stories from their life and hometown too~

5) Lend out helping hands

Dont ever be selfish..

bear in mind: although today u r better and stan

d greater than others, but u wont know that there might be some other day, u nd them to help u

so when there hv opportunities to help friends in nd , jz be sincere in helping them

sometimes we r their best support, so just dun be selfish, be with ppl who need you

ur help will be appreciate

6) Study hard, Play harder

play, the great moments i hv with my friends

we enjoy our fantastic time together when we hang out

we r not book worms, and we enjoy our life happily

7) Concern abt family

staying at hostel, though my house not far away, but sometimes i rarely go back

so, when we r not around our parent side, give them

a call, tell them that u r ok, not to make them worry

take care of urself, and bring them gud news =)

8) Participate at talks in campus

When there is great speakers came, dun make no time as excuse to lose the chance for experience inspire talks..

i have be part of many talks, to be honest, not every talks are great, but i never forgot the talks given by Mr law Chu Hian , the former ntv7 report

er and Michael Reyes.

I got much inspired from them

9) Join national conference and camps

Move out from the uni comfort zone, step into bigger round , experienced greater adventures and make more friends

olved whole malaysia education institute:

held in UM and glad to meet so many great future accountants over msia..and also met with the powerful speakers like the CEO of PWC Malaysia

i went for 2 years, 1st time as a participant, 2nd time as 1 of the

committee

aware of the attitudes i nd to change and the people over here are all vy real, never selfish

-Miracle Youth Conference

held in upm, chance to mix with younger teenage and also foreign committess

enjoy the global village and be part of environment sustainability

9) Love your course

not everyone able to study it, so like it, and b

e proud of it

though its hard, but its ur route, jz fall in love for it

10) Dont wish, start doing

everytime, we spend too much time wishing to

achieve this n that, but how many of us really start working on to make it really happen

so take out notebook, n dropdown ideas on how to achive your dreams

11) We cant change ppl's mind, just influence them naturally

i always find myself wondering why got such ppl

in this world, mayb their mind are stuck or wat..

i shall stop asking why, but indeed be nice to them, and influence them to have right thoughts, slowly

12) be humble, learn from everyone and everywhere

never be over proud of ourself, we do have lots of space for improvement

personally dislike ppl who thought that they ownself are vy great, and keep on complaining, but take a second, if u are in that situation, how gre

uld u perform, or are u willing to take on the responsibility

so be humble , smile and keep on learning everyday

13) fall in love

open heart to someone, feel the great surprise and happiness, this will make u feel n look young

although sometime might fell, rub the tears and sta

nd again, there is much more tomorrow waiting for us

14) take on foreign language classes

Though i dont add any language paper in my course, but i sign up for the basic japanese classes help by japan interns, tatsuya n aya...enjoy the class much

15) Great hostel life

We live together for 3.5 years under 1 roof

the moment we share together, for blackout, water shortage, food shortage..awesome=)

to live peacefully, its need cooperation, tolerance and understanding, this make me grow as well

16) Dont limit yourself, go further

Dont ever have boundaries and think u cant.

Never try never know

Just go ahead for wat u desire

Everything have their first time and failure times, try try try~ den u will find ur ways

but the problem is i always been lazy, dreaming wat i wan to do, but fail to take actions on it..

2012 resolutions

1) EARN and SAVE money

yea~ i wan to save earn alots of money for my future, planning on some investment, but i needa do research..but the most important thing is cut down my heavy expenses on meal andclothes..(hehe, really nd to control myself in these two as previously spend over budget on these)

2) Live like a ABC

i luv the way and style of ABC look, like those i saw on youtube abt the short video=) fall in love duno whats the reason, but i really wan to improve my english, talk like them, n be sporting like them .stay cool ,pretty and awesome=D

3) Be KNOWLEDGEABLE

wanna earn money, needa be successful, and if the brain is empty, this wont work!!

so i really nd to spend my time to increase my knowledge via google, newspaper, magazine!!

but the fastest way is communicate with knowledgeable people..so hope to meet more great ppl to improve me..haha

4) More SOCIAL commitments

yippe~ i wan to b part of social entreprenuer, really wish to lend out helping hands to those necessary..my 1st step, just join world vision child sponsorship programme few months ago, where every month save RM50 for my leng zai son..its great to help ppl..i hope that i would got more opportunities to lend out my energy , got chance to interact, and go abroad to feel the world outside, instead living in own comfort zone!

5) Stay HEALTHY ,PRETTY n be SEXY

im an ordinary girl!! so yes! i wan to look pretty all the time, very jealous those pretty girls with make up and great skin..therefore i need to :

1)drink lots of water

2) 1 cup of herbal tea each day

3) vitamins on time!!

4) facial mask

5) bath properly

6) lotion

7) fruits

8) less oily food

9) sports more, shake more

10) sleep on time.. say NO to dark circles

6) CUT temper

internship life, heard that being an audit is not easy, so i must be humble, keep on the learning spirit, be gratitude throughout the stage!! must tahan n enjoy the process

7) PRAY everyday

praying is important!! i used to skip it due to my laziness!! but i must PRAY hard for myself and for everyone in the world

8) LIVESTRONG

to recover from broken heart is really hard, but must stay tough! there is always rainbow appear after rain fall~ so girls be tough!!

9)hv FUN

i wan to be SIAO n SOT~ hhahaha, that life rite, hope my laughter would influence others mood n make everyone happy!! but sometime i lack of ideas la wei =s

10) be INSPIRED

atnite bringing laptop to pkp, really hard to concentrate ah,, n craving for teh tarik

thought asking tcw to fetch us out, but he used to reject us de laaa...

n so happy when went to varlyn room, n she said jom we go supper=)hahahadamn happy
